Robinsons Christmas Window Inspiration

Focusing on the theme of Spherical, these are a few images that are inspirational and have got ideas flowing for the Christmas window. They are taken from our trip to New York two years ago and some are past Selfridges and Liberty windows. I love the use of the baubles and paper chains, catching the eye immediatly. This will play an important role within the window display as Robinsons is situated on a busy road and needs something that stands out and is potentially over sized to draw the eye in.

This image is an inspiration for a bauble effect window. However we need to play around with a colour theme, dependant on the product in the window.
I love this Jaeger oversized paperchain. It draws the eye straight into the window and the gold works well with the black and white.
I love the use of the golden bird on Liberty's window. This has inspiration for a golden Rook which is Robinsons logo and would bring brand identity to the window.

As security is an issue with placing handbags in the window, having them in acrylic domes would solve this. It is also a way of displaying the luxury items whilst also tying into the spherical theme.

I love the empahsis and size of the paperchains. A very easy and simple idea but proves effective.

This is a very different way using baubles within shoe boxes. Again, a simple but eye catching idea.
Using baubles and attaching them together so they are inter-twined is our main idea at present working as a backdrop from the mannequins. However I also love the paper chains within this.
