SALE

SALE windows are always a love or hate. Brands can get it so wrong and windows end up becoming cheap and tacky with stickers filling the whole window. However these are a few of my favourite SALE windows that have been around this January...

Desigual, Regent Street. I love the use of the iconic heart, would attract the younger consumer but how professional is it?
Anthropologie, Regent Street. Completly Anthroplogie adding the hand made touch
Marie Chantal, Sloane Street. This seems a very cute sale window with the use of the bags.
The White Company. Not a sign of the SALE red to be seen!

'Bright Young Things'

Selfridges have soured the UK to find 25 of the most creative and exciting new names ranging from ranging from the world of fashion, accessories, millinery, set and prop design, illustration and art. The select 25 have all been given a window to be seen by the world. Selfridges 'Bright Young Things' will adorn the windows with their latest collections alongside their contact details and logo to coincide with London Fashion Week in February. Each individual have designed exclusive pieces for Selfridges that will be sold in pop up shops, instore and online.

It is hard to choose, they are all so unique however this one above has to be my favourite. The simplistic idea and use of pure white.
Selfridges windows are fascinating everytime however this has to definitly be one of my favourite Selfridges themes. I L.O.V.E. There is so much hype about young designers trying to get there name and make there big break but what better way to showcase the talent of the UK alongside one of the most famous department stores. The other half of the names will be showcased later on so I cannot wait to see!

All Things Spring

With Mulberry being one of Robinson's best sellers and the bags featuring in our  Christmas window, Mulberry has revived the doom and gloom of January. There window display is refreshing and vibrant. It features white cut out dolls amongst giant pink flowers and displays the much talked about 'Tillie' bag. I am not a huge fan of the use of the dolls in this window display however it does reflect the brand's current print adverts. I love the use of the pink hydrageas, wheel barrows and watering cans. All things Spring for Mulberry.
